This morning we had our primary Easter Activity. The kids got bunny ears, had an egg hunt, sang songs, had a little lesson and decorated sugar cookies. It was really cute and i think the kids had a good time. I was surprised how good they were at finding the eggs, granted they weren't really hidden but i was impressed that they knew just what to do: grab their basket, get the eggs and put them inside. Some (more advanced) were even shaking them to make sure there was candy inside and get the ones that weighed the most.
I love easter egg hunts and dyeing eggs and everything fun that comes along with the true Easter celebration! We will be dyeing eggs tonight.
